My main motive is to get fit and strong first, but it’s great to see my weight and fat is shredding as well. Since my work schedule is not fixed that is why I have trouble eating on the specific times.

    So usually I sleep around 6 or 7 in the morning and wake up around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. That's when my day starts
