    As in for 7 days our drink should be
    1 st day turmeric, ajwain drink
    2nd day garlic ginger drink
    3rd day cinnamon, star anise drink and so on 
    or each drink should be consumed for a week each?
    Also, which will be more beneficial in medical conditions of PCOS ,asthma, overweight, low metabolism and low haemoglobin?
    Also, can surya namaskar (how many sets to be performed daily?) or another form of exercise (please suggest) be accompanied with or suitable for which diet plan?
    Also, can we combine bay leaf, cinnamon stick and lemon in 1 night drink for better and faster results?
