@salonisoni247قبل 9 أشهرI LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! not only does it burn but it also doesn’t overly tire me out that i need to take multiple breaks. granted i did a nina dapper workout for like two weeks but that only made my arms stronger not slimmer. i feel like this workout is the holy grail. i did this for the first time today, i’ll update if i see changes. if i don’t see any changes i might update with what happened to my arms other than getting slimmer, maybe they just got stronger idk but i have high hopes for this. try this workout guys it might just work ....وسعت144

Did this before going to bed this night (06/20/23) at least, I didn't skip this day GO MJ!! I kinda "just threw it in" as a bonus, but I was close to breaking point at some parts . d="hidden18" class="buttons">What's so good about it is that you change the "posture" in the exercises, so the muscles get some rest before it's too difficult. The routine was easy to follow along as well, especially since I know a lot of the exercises from dumbell workouts. I will say I thought it would be too easy cause I've always heard everyone say weights are the way id="hidden48" class="buttons"> to go but I tend to get discouraged when I cant compelte a set with weights so I decided to try without weights and work my way up to it. day 1 (16/11): I only stopped on the fourth exercise, neede id="hidden40" class="buttons">d 5 seconds.. I really hate the exercises where I need to keep my arms up LOL but not counting this one I did everything! :D
day 2 (19/11): so, I skipped two days sorry, I was too busy and when I had time to do the exercises I used it to rest BUT here I am!! and today I did everything without any breaks!!
