When listening to the whole soundtrack, I found this song was mostly just Blue Skies and a Battle with Edge of Dawn as the melody, so in my cover of Blue Skies I referenced the theme. However my comments have been flooded with requests for this one anyway so how could I resist? It honestly was awesome to come back to it because I had some ideas that didn't work for the first one that I could prepare for from the start. I wanted to hit the bridge section with a Contortionist/Periphery style clean section but since the last one was more classical guitar based, I wanted to keep that idea. This time I was able to craft the arrangement around more of that idea. Plus since I released that one, I went through a few different mix overhauls so I think this one sounds a lot cleaner and bigger than that one. Still so many Fire Emblem songs I'd like to do, but I've been itching to do more stuff from the new Pokémon game!
