beginner arm workout:
warm up:
- 10 min walking
- 50 crunches
- 40 romanian twists
- 30 plank with shoulder taps
- 20 flutter kicks
- 10 half push ups
strength training:
- dumbbell chest press. 4x8
- single arm dumbbell row, 4x15
- dumbbell upright rows, 4x12
- dumbbell bent over rows, 4x12
- bicep curls, 4x10
- tricep extension, 4x15
- dumbbell incline chest press, 4x12
- chest flys, 4x15
