Elden Ring 1.08 vs 1.09 Attribute Scaling Buff Comparison

Reupload due to a generous viewer pointing out a mistake in comparing. It seems Attribute Scaling has received a buff. Skill points and weapon handing is kept constant for test purposes (as it obviously should be). 1.09 is being even more generous to us. Perhaps there's something dire coming in the DLC?
