Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce | Yuxiang Rousi|Popular Chinese dish made at home 鱼香肉丝 咸甜酸辣鲜

My family's variation of Yuxiang Rousi/Shredded pork with garlic sauce, it's a bit salty, sweet, sour, hot and fresh tastes, all flavours are well balanced in this dish, it's perfect company with steamed rice. You can also use shredded chicken if pork is not your favorite, it's the same cooking method. Ingredients: - Pork marination ( alternatively shredded chicken) shredded pork 300g, salt 1tsp, cooking wine 1 tbsp, soy sauce 1 tbsp, water 2 tbsp, egg liquid ½ pc, corn starch 1 tsp, oil 1 tbsp. - Sauce sugar 1 tbsp, vigngar 1 tbsp, cooking wine 1 tbsp, dark soy sauce ½ tbsp, soy sauce 1 tbsp, white pepper 1 tsp, tomato sauce ½ tbsp, white pepper 1 tsp, corn starch 1tsp, water 3 tbsp. broad bean paste 1-1.5 tbsp. - other ingredients black fungus, bamboo shoots, carrot, green pepper, green onion, ginger, garlic. cornstarch slurry 食材: - 腌制肉丝(猪肉或鸡肉) 猪肉丝300克、盐1茶匙、料酒1汤匙、生抽1汤匙、水2汤匙、半个鸡蛋液、玉米淀粉1茶匙、由1汤匙 - 料汁 糖1汤匙、醋1汤匙、料酒1汤匙、老抽½汤匙、生抽1汤匙、白胡椒粉1茶匙、番茄酱½汤匙、玉米淀粉1茶匙、水3汤匙 豆瓣酱1-1.5汤匙 - 配料 黑木耳、竹笋、胡萝卜、青椒、葱、姜、蒜适量 水淀粉适量 #shreddedporkwithgarlicsauce #yuxiangrousi #鱼香肉丝 time stamps: 0:00 intro 开篇 0:14 marinate meat 腌肉 0:47 prepare sauce 准备料汁 1:15 prepare other ingredients 准备配料 1:46 cooking 烹饪 3:05 presentation and outro 成品展示及片尾 #鱼香肉丝 #spicyshreddedpork #chinesestirfry
