COVID-19 FRONTLINERS INSPIRED TATTOO / REAL HEROES/ THANK YOU MESSAGE/ TATTOO DESIGN / PLS. SURVIVE

(September 15th) As for my simple Birthday celebration I wanted to dedicate my tattoo art to all our Healthcare providers everywhere in the world.. Our #RealHeroes #COVID19 #HealthCareProviders Frontline COVID-19 Workers Essential workers, including healthcare workers, are expected to go out when everyone else is expected to stay inside. Now more than ever, it is important to make sure you address your fears and making sure you have strong coping strategies. It’s especially important that you address your stress and anxiety to prevent burnout. The COVID-19 frontline Despite the hardships and health risks, millions of essential frontline workers continue to do their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic. These hardworking heroes are keeping Americans fed, picking up their trash, providing them life-saving medicine, delivering their groceries and packages, preparing their food, cleaning their hospitals, caring for those who are most vulnerable, and keeping us safe—often while earning low wages and few benefits. Boundaries are essential to any healthy relationship – they establish how all parties want to be treated and what you can expect from each other. For individuals working in the health care field during the COVID-19 pandemic, boundaries help you protect your energy when so much is being demanded of you, both physically and emotionally. In MHA’s survey of health care workers in 2020, 76% reported exhaustion and burnout. You can’t take care of others if you aren’t okay yourself, so it’s important that the people in your life are aware of your needs and boundaries during this time.  Thank you 🙏 for the sacrifices you make, every day and especially during this pandemic. Your dedication, commitment and courage deserve our deepest gratitude and admiration.
