Waste material like creatinine, urea, and even PTH level increases in patients' bodies. In our neck, there is a parathyroid gland that helps to release parathyroid hormone. This hormone helps to regulate serum calcium levels in a patient's blood. When this calcium deposits in the body, it affects other organs too. As we know that parathyroid hormone and kidney failure is related to each other. It is essential to lower parathyroid hormone by maintaining vitamin D and phosphorus levels. Vitamin D helps to keep our bones healthy and provide strength. so, it is important to take Supplements of vitamin D in an inactive form along with phosphorus binders. As phosphorus weakens our bones, it affects our bones and causes weak bones, fracture, body pain, bone pain. The patient is advised to take Calcitriol as it is an active form of vitamin D.
