The move came with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare guidelines for international arrivals issued on Sunday in supersession of the earlier guidelines issued in May. According to the guidelines, those traveling to India should do the PCR test 96 hrs prior to the journey and the test report should be uploaded on the portal for consideration.
