CORIANDER RICE
Ingredients:
Raw rice (cooked and cooled)- ½ cup
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Cooked peas - as desired
Sweet corn - little
Grind Together:
Green chillies - 2
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves - ½ bunch
Grated fresh coconut - 1 ½ tbl spn
Seasonings:
Mustard, black gram dhal, bengal gram dhal, cashew nuts.
Method:
Heat oil, add seasonings, peas and corn.
Add ground paste and saute for 1 or 2 minutes.
Mix rice, salt and fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
