Alps wax mod - procedure & evaluation

Today we look at the Alps wax mod, a cleaning and restoration procedure to restore dirty or damaged Alps switches. It's become pretty widely known recently, so I got a lot of requests to try it out! Please note: it appeared that the procedure, as shown, did neither remove, nor add, a significant amount of lubricant. It looked like it still had the same texture and thickness.
