A quick story behind my belief in the power of walking and the first hand benefits it provided for my body and mind. When I turned 60 my body was not up to par. Mentally I was unsure of this new chapter. I found that walking for 15 to 20 minutes a day was a huge catalyst for my physical and mental well being. Committing and starting the day with that walk gave me the motivation to plan my day, reflect on what was happening in my life, and focus future plans. Staying consistent to my walk schedule made it easy to be consistent in other activities. I was able to achieve new aspirations for new dreams! For example my very own You Tube Channel! Come join me on this journey. I will be walking in new locations, after all variety is the spice of life! While walking we will discuss motivational and controversial topics from my book that will inspire Your Road Trip Your Life! It all starts with your first step. So walk with me Uncle B everyday!
