    @jxssxnمنذ 4 سنوات Day 1: Did twice, can’t do the last exercise correctly for some reason my hands were too sweaty
    Day 2: Sore in my abs and a bit of soreness in my thighs. It was just as “hard” as yesterday.
    Day 3: Felt very sore in my abs and I didn’t sweat as much this time, it felt much easier Did it twice.
    Day 4: Didn’t feel for doing the workout since I had major anxiety but instead I did a lighter arm workout, no soreness today though!
    Day 5: YOU GUYS! It has only been five days and I'm down two pounds I haven't changed anything in my diet(I'm a sucker for carbs‍) to get results faster. Did this workout with a few modifications because I got my period and the cramps were getting the best of me.

I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I started doing your “Anterior Pelvic Tilt” video a week ago and have already noticed a HUGE difference in my posture so today I did your 5 min abs, slim arms workout and this HITT workout. I am sure I will feel the “pain” tomorrow but I plan to make all 4 of these videos my “Go To” daily play list and look forward to seeing the results in 30 days. You have such a sweet personality too! I'm very thankful to have found April Han's workout videos as these are the only ones that id="hidden18" class="buttons"> helped me to see results. I normally eat healthy but I still consume junk food. Doing her 12 min, then 8 min as well as her 5 min ab workouts really helped. I do these in the morning and before I sleep, I do her 5 min ab, her slim thigh and arm workout. I also drink 1.5L water every day. I hope that I can lose more as time goes.     Day 4: 2 times. Yesterday I was really bloated and I think this has helped me.

    Day 6: Didn't do it. Gonna take today as a break

    Okay, my weigh is actually the same but this workout is so good. Let me explain, I overate most days of the first week and I gained 2-3 pounds. The second week i ate normally and this exercise have helped me to lose that weight. So this definitely works. Idk if I'm gonna do it still. Good luck to everyone working out !!

    Day 1: Done and complete, was hard to do since this was the first workout I did in months.
    Day 2: good but still very sore
    Day 3: didn’t do it cause I was very tired
    Day 4: pretty good only did the leg workout though
    Day 5: very nice feeling a little bit stronger and added a HIT workout

    Day 5 - done- As it is 2 November here, i took my weight, and it's 70.8! I'm so glad I'm loosing weight!
    Day 6 - done
    Day 7 - couldn't do, it was Diwali
    Day 8 - done
    Day 9 - only this and hylt, i was tired
    Day 10 - done
    Day 11 - done - weight - 69.9
    Day 12 - Not done, I was tired as hell
    Day 13 - done ( I started doing cardio to bangbangbang, mic drop and boombayah today, to see if it burnt more calories. It did)
    Day 14 - done (I burnt less calories, but it was fine, as i had some tail bone pain yesterday)
    Day 15 - done, tail bone felt a lot better
    Skipped 2 days, tail bone was awful.
    Day 16 - Done, but didn't do hips and the dance, wanted to restart a bit slow
    Day 17 - Done everything, also started breast reduction exercise Weight - 70.1, as I have periods my weight didn't decrease, but increased by 200 grams. Will work hard through this week (but maybe avoid abs workout?)
    Day 18 - Done all apart from ab workout, didn't wanna risk it
    Day 19 - Done all part from abs, started height stretches
    I didn't do for one day here, as I was out with cousins
    Day 20 - done, restarted abs workout, periods are overrr
    Day 21 - done - weight- 69.0 kg
    Day 22 - done
    Day 23 - Done
    Day 24 - done
    Day 25 - done
    Day 26 - done - weight - 68.1
    Day 27 - done
    skipped for a day here
    Day 28 - done
    Day 29 - done
    day 30 - done - weight - 68.4 :(
    As you can see, we've reached a plateau here, so it's time to change this up. This was an amazing workout, and I had a lot of fun.
    Overall weight loss - 71.8 - 68.4 = 3.4 kg

    I already id="hidden58" class="buttons"> started my diet 5 days ago using an app and my sis told me about april and I got so excited after reading the comments!! So I said why not try it. Yesterday i only did the slim arm video and I was sweating. Today i tried this vid and I felt some of the exercise was hard to do but at the end while stretching I felt my pulse in my belly and I'm sweating. So hopefully I did well for the first day. I'll try the other videos and will finish my 30 days challenge in good spirit hopefully.
