Day 16 - Done, but didn't do hips and the dance, wanted to restart a bit slow Day 17 - Done everything, also started breast reduction exercise Weight - 70.1, as I have periods my weight didn't decrease, but increased by 200 grams. Will work hard through this week (but maybe avoid abs workout?) Yesterday i only did the slim arm video and I was sweating. Today i tried this vid and I felt some of the exercise was hard to do but at the end while stretching I felt my pulse in my belly and I'm sweating. So hopefully I did well for the first day. Day 2: Sore in my abs and a bit of soreness in my thighs. It was just as “hard” as yesterday.
Day 3: Felt very sore in my abs and I didn’t sweat as much this time, it felt much easier Did it twice.
Day 4: Didn’t feel for doing the workout since I had major anxiety but instead I did a lighter arm workout, no soreness today though!
