This is not really healthy and won't help you lose weight. Our bodies bacterial activity is linked to our circadian rhythms which operate based on the suns movements. So if you eat early, the bacteria in your digestive system find it much easier to digest the food compared to eating after sunset. Thats why in most cultures it is recommended to eat dinner BEFORE sunset. Eating anything after that is much harder for the body to digest and also may hamper the bodies natural cleansing mechanism. Which is why it may result in obesity and other diseases. It is assumed that whatever we eat will be digested very easily. But this is not the case. The time at which we eat plays a very important role in our digestion. So eat you dinner early and don't eat anything after that. You will notice a good change in your body functions within a few days itself. For those working late, try having a light snack in office itself. Dinner should be the lightest meal of the day, which is easiest to digest. Eating a light dinner is the key to being healthy in the long run. #eatatnight #health #eatinglate
