Elon Musk SpaceX Starship Bought A Fish License

It looks like Elon Musk bought a very expensive fish license making the second SpaceX Starship launch a reality after more than 200 days of governmental and regulatory agency delays. If all goes as planned, we will see the 2nd Starship launch on November 17th around 9AM EST and I will wager the full-sized SpaceX Starlink v2 / v3 satellites will be sent into orbit by Q1 2024.
