Make sure you get raw prawns, these ones were from Aldi, I used 2 bags and they worked well for this recipe. Your spinach also needs to be washed then dried really well! The Boursin was a last-minute choice to add in but it really brings the dish together! Ingredients: Penne pasta 125g Washed and dried Spinach 500g Prawns 284ml Double Cream 1/4 Boursin Cheese 1/2 Yellow Pepper 1/2 Red Pepper 1 Red Onion 2 Teaspoons Chopped Garlic 1 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning 2 Teaspoon Jerk Seasoning 1 Teaspoon Fish Seasoning 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Hope you enjoy my quick and easy version of rasta pasta!
