During winter will get easily mooli (radish) so friends, try this healthy breakfast mooli paratha. You can have this recipe in your weight loss diet plan during breakfast time. In single paratha will get only 95 calories but high in proteins and high fiber recipe. Even you can give this recipe to kids also. They will also love it. While following weight loss diet plan it is the most important point to remember that amount of oil we are taking every day. because 1 spoon oil(5ml) gives 45 calories, so if we increase oil consumption our calories will also increase. This is one of the healthy breakfast ideas for kids and everyone. #healthybreakfastideas #weightlossroti #Mooliparatha #breakfastrecipe #dietrecipetoloseweight fast Mooli paratha Serving-10 Ingredients 1-Whole wheat Flour(ata)-150g 2-Besan (chickpeas flour)-50g 3-Onion-40g 4-Coriender leaves-20g 5-Mooli(radish)-400g(1 big size) 6-Ginger-3g 7-Garlic-3g 8-Green chilli- as per taste 9-Cumin (jeera)-1/2 tsp 10-Carom seeds(ajwain)-1/2 tsp 11-Salt-as per taste 12-Ghee-15ml Cooking method 1-Wash and peel, radish and grate it. 2-Take a muslin cloth add grated mooli and squeeze the excess water from it. 3-Keep it aside. Don’t throw the water use it later. 4-Wash and chop finely all the vegetables. 5-Take a clay pot add 1 tsp ghee heat it. 6-Then add jeera and ajwain, add chopped veggies. 7-Once it done add greeted mooli and fry it for 5 min. 8-Switch off the flame and let it be cool down completely. 9-Take a bowl add 1 cup ata, 1/2 cup besan , add salt and mix well. 10-To knead the dough I am using here mooli water instead of plain water. 11-Mix well and keep it aside for 15 min. 12-Distrutbte the dough into 10 parts. 13-once fried vegetables cool down then add salt to it, mix well. 14-Roll the dough and stuff the mooli masalas into it. 15-roll it with light hands, make small paratha. 16-Heat a pan, add these parathas to it, and cook it from both sides, add few drops of ghee on both sides.
