That to without any exercise and id="hidden8" class="buttons"> physical activity. My weight was stuck since 1 month but with this diet i could loose it easily. Nothing else --No drink No tea No biscuits No processed packaged food. id="hidden18" class="buttons"> 2) It will take 30 mins a day to finish my meal with 32 times chewing(Portion control) 3) Complete sugar cutoff..No Sugar at all for the month.. Not even my fav tea. 4) No rice 5) 8 hours sound sleep 6) Half hour workout with half hour badminton 7) With a hell lott of Water and Self Luvv.. 8) Last but not least "Meditation" please wish me luck so that i can gift myself a fat free body on my birthday..My birthday is on 25th June ..
