That to without any exercise and id="hidden8" class="buttons"> physical activity. My weight was stuck since 1 month but with this diet i could loose it easily. The diet is very easy to follow.i follow it completely except one thing that is mango.which i cannot resist. I eat 2-3 mangoes daily. Thankyou so much mam. U r an angel for me. ....وسعت

During lockdown I was stuck in a hotel for 2mnths which led to 5kg weight gain id="hidden12" class="buttons"> and now i was demotivated to kick start the journey again aftr coming back home. This video is like a blessing in disguise for me. It'll help me to loose the extra pounds i gained and also further..     1) Intermittent fasting - Only 2 meals a day.. Nothing else --No drink No tea No biscuits No processed packaged food. id="hidden18" class="buttons">
    2) It will take 30 mins a day to finish my meal with 32 times chewing(Portion control)
    3) Complete sugar cutoff..No Sugar at all for the month.. Not even my fav tea.
    4) No rice
    5) 8 hours sound sleep
    6) Half hour workout with half hour badminton
    7) With a hell lott of Water and Self Luvv..
    8) Last but not least "Meditation"
    please wish me luck so that i can gift myself a fat free body on my birthday..My birthday is on 25th June .. And send me power so that i can complete this challange

    Overinvolvement with our weight and looks is an addiction. NO addiction is good.
