Here’s a look into what I eat and how I workout in a day. I have been getting so many requests for shooting my daily meal plan & exercise routine. So, in today’s video I am sharing how my current 1350 calorie daily meal plan looks like and how I manage to complete 10k steps In a day and my dedicated 30 min workout routine. I always try to eat as much seasonal food as I can. I am doing intermittent fasting hence I have to make sure I squeeze in my 3-4 serving of vegetables & 1-2 servings of fruits on daily basis for better digestive health.
