These No bake, oil free and sugar free energy bites are a combination of oats, Apple, nuts, honey and jaggery. These Oatmeal Apple Bites are healthy, so that you don't feel bad letting your kids have another one. Best for anytime hunger pangs or ready to go breakfast. Ingredients you need to make Oats apple energy bites/ ladoo:- 1 cup quick oats 1 Apple 1/4 cup roasted peanuts 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup almonds 1/4 cup any nuts of your choice 4 tsp honey 20 g jaggery ( Use brown sugar if not available) Method to make Oats apple energy bites/ladoo:- 1. Roast 1 cup quick oats on low to medium heat until they turn brown. 2. Mix all the nuts and raisins in the grinder and grind them. 3. Peel and grate the apple. In a pan heat 2 tbsp of water add grated apple, add jaggery reduce the apple jaggery mixture to make a purée or apple sauce. 4. In a bowl mix roasted oats, nuts mixture and apple sauce add honey and combine everything well. 5. Now make small balls from the mixture and coat them in nuts mixture. 6. Your Oats apple energy bites are ready. Eat them immediately or store them in an air tight container in the fridge for upto 3 weeks.
