It was awesome getting to see Girlfriend doing more than just her usual vibe and bop. Adriana would have been in this video again reprising her role with her hands in the air, but she just got her vaccine and had a sore arm. She instead still offered to film this one so she's still a big part of what made this video awesome! I knew I wanted Jack to come back to play the part of Tank Man for this so I ordered a helmet for him. Despite him not being able to hear anything at all during filming, he did an amazing job and really helped bring this song to a new light with me. We tried some different stuff this time around including a clean section with influences from Holdsworth, Polyphia, and Chon. Was really cool because this song is a perfect example of what I love to work with when it comes to VGM! This is a beloved song in the YouTube space right now so I really hope you guys enjoy what I did with it!
