I hope you are doing well. I attempted to do the Chloe Ting 2 week workout challenge and i decided to not restrict my diet because i eat what i eat when i want to eat it, so i wanted to see if these workouts are sustainable. So obviously if you want to see better results, maybe following Chloe’s food plan would work better. I hope that you enjoyed this video and that it inspires you to take care of your body and also have a healthy relationship with food.
