Simple Lady's finger sambar 😊😊 Preparation : DAL prep: 1cup toor dal 1 onion 1 tomato 5-7 garlic cloves Pinch of turmeric and add enough water Pressure for 4-5 whistles. Sambar preparation : Add oil, after heated add mustard seeds. Wait to pop and add garlic cloves and curry leaves. Saute till it turns light brown. Add 1 chopped onion, saute it. Add 1 tomato saute till it turns mushy Add chopped lady's finger, 2 tbsp sambar powder and salt to taste. Mix it all together and add some water. Add a small quantity of tamarind water and boil for 5 mins. Add cooked dal and allow to boil for 10mins. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and ready to serve. Note : Add ghee finally for good aroma.
