E - Exercise 5 to 6 days a week for 30 to 90 minutes per day. W - Drink 5 to 10 cups of water per day, based on need. S - Exposure to sunlight in nature on a daily basis for 30 mins. T - Be moderate in practices that are good & avoid practices that are harmful. A - Practice deep breathing exercise for 5 to 15 minutes a day. Breath in for a count of 5, hold your breath for a count of 5 and breath out for a count of 5. Repeat. R - Achieve a restful sleep pattern that includes 7 to 9 hours of sleep a day. T – Trust "Trust in the LORD with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know. Remember the Lord in everything you do, and he will show you the right way." Proverbs 3:5-6 GNT
