@PantherCat643 years agoI don't know why, but I can see this being used for a scene in something. A lost Marine and ex-ex-merc have to work together in order to survive. They hate each other, having different perspectives of what it means to fight, however, the both know they need a team of some kind in order to survive. The country the two where deployed to is hostile and the government is playing three different sides, one not even part of their own country. Everybody knows this, but there isn't enough evidence that other nations should intervene. And usually when there is: they end up disappearing or end up getting killed by rebel forces. The government has the borders locked down harder than the pentagon. Making an escape is near impossible without at least some help from a national army of a world super power. Here's the scene, The marine and merc come crawling out of the river, hiding in the mud as a truck drives by in the mist of night. They move through the land slowly. Weapons stolen from previous hostile forces at the ready. On the distant is a embassy that has been taken over by rebel forces months ago. While watching each other's back, they move swiftly to avoid detection. Moving through the embassy hallways like a ferret. Maybe silencing a rebel or two if needed. They move through, looking for a specific office. searching for answers. The intal they're looking for might lead them to evidence that might make a NATO member have the reason to bring a strong fighting force needed for our marine and merc's rescue. But even if there is evidence, will there be any way to contact a ally? Is it even possible to get a friendly face to come to our heroes aide? ...12
