Ingredients: 3 tsps Nescafe 200 ml Water (room temperature) 100 ml skimmed milk ( 4°C (39.2°F) 10 Ice Cubes 1 tbsp Icing Sugar Method: In a stainless steel milk jug add the water and the Nescafe and mix with a spoon until fully dissolved ( Note if you like your coffee sweet you can add some sugar now) In a stainless steel shaker add 2 ice cubes, the skimmed milk and 1 tbsp icing sugar and shake for 5 min or until the milk peaks and becomesreally thick ( note you can add more icing sugar if you like your coffee sweeter) In a glass 300 ml add 8-9 ice cubes, the dissolved Nescafe and top up with the forth milk. Enjoy it with a slice of chocolate cake.
