Today let us see how to prepare Ratha Poriyal
Required ingredients:
Goat Blood – 1
Pepper corns – 1 tsp.
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp.
Red Chilies – 4
Shallots – 1 cup
Oil – 1 cup
Salt – as required
In a thick bottom pan add oil.
Once oil gets heated up add cumin seeds.
Let cumin seeds splutter.
Then add red chilies.
Add shallots and fry till golden color.
Meanwhile, breakdown goat blood into small to medium size pieces.
Add goat blood
In the mixer grind pepper corns and cumin seeds into coarse powder.
Add pepper-cumin powder.
Add required salt.
Close it with lid.
Cook for next 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir in-between.
After 8 to 10 minutes, goat blood fry ready to serve.
