Johnny Gregorek, a professional runner for ASICS and the New Jersey-New York Track Club, runs 4:06.25 to break the Blue Jean Mile World Record. The previous record was 4:11.80 set by Dillon Maggard in 2017. Gregorek was running the race in memory of his brother and has raised more than $30,000 for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. CITIUS MAG popularized the Blue Jean Mile in 2017. CITIUS MAG will be donating $1,000 to NAMI for Johnny's race.
