@jilldavis7229منذ 3 سنواتAn absolutely 1950s bungalow!!! Absolutely no updates have been done to this place! The nicest part was the rec room in the basement with the bar! That id="hidden1" class="buttons"> paneling was real wood not laminate! The refrigerator in the basement was definitely from the 1940s! Every inch of this place was original & absolutely nothing updated!!! It may have cost that much in Canada, but depending on the location, you could have picked that house up in the US for $150,000-$350,000! Thank you Carlos for sharing this wonderful old find with us! I loved it ❤️ ....وسعت

@clairefunnell8481منذ 3 سنواتHi Carlo. Fun video. Not a bad house. Lots of natural decay. I like that too. Funky old fridge. Glad to see you again. Stay safe and thanks for sharing.
@
@linetteswanson3447منذ 3 سنواتOmg I googled the hydrator & came up with the 30's even older than I thought because of the imprinted words on metal instead of a decal makes it older quite a find even if from 40's.
@
@kathleensteel2051منذ 3 سنواتReally cool house, love the fridge! That's a dehumidifier in the basement. The open area by the fireplace on the main floor would be for wood I think?
@
@llndadischer7689منذ 3 سنواتThe square opening next the fireplace is for wood and the thing in front of it you called shelf unit is actually a tea cart.

@lisaruley5758منذ 3 سنواتThanks for the awesome/cool video Carlo!

@karenshawn8406منذ 3 سنواتOh I like that green bathroom and the way the sink does not have cabinet around it. The kitchen is really small for the size of the house to me. Pretty neat house. thanks for the tour. lean on God
@
@justinmccowan2543منذ 3 سنواتMy house was built in 1955, has the same clamshell molding. The bedrooms have closet doors which look the same as the ones in this house with the narrow sliding doors for a space above the main closet space.

@
@justinmccowan2543منذ 3 سنواتI build Frigidaire dishwashers for a living, the brand is now owned by Electrolux so that is why the factory itself is the Electrolux plant but what we're id="hidden8" class="buttons"> building is Frigidaire products. My Dad started with the company in 1972, but it was in a different location originally called Design and Manufacturing started in 1959. The company changed its name several times, including being Frigidaire Company. I believe Frigidaire was originally a devision of General Motors. ....وسعت

@paulsmith76منذ 3 سنواتvery cool fridge !! it may even be late or mid 1930's
@
@terrystrahl6006منذ 3 سنواتThat fridge is from the 40's, all the others are wrong, Carlo you are correct!! 2

@
@donnamata614منذ 3 سنواتthat cubby next to the fireplace is to hold wood for the fireplace .. if you ever see that at anyone fireplace, you’ll know what it’s for now
@
@Mitzi9975منذ 3 سنواتLove your video of this house. That old fridge would be worth some money. It’s the 50’s and 60’s era. If you don’t mind me asking how old are you? Asking because you mention “old school” a lot.
@
@hawkeyeanniefulمنذ 3 سنواتA storage for wood, next to the fireplace, not a tv space 4
