jack fruit seed’s curry
These seeds are rich in thiamin and riboflavin which help in turning the food you eat into energy and keep your eyes, skin and hair healthy.
साहित्या ( Ingredients ) :
1 cup - jack fruit seeds ( फणसाचे बी )
1 - medium size chopped onion / माध्यम आकाराचा बारीक चिरलेला कांदा.
1 - Chopped tomato/ चिरलेला टोमॅटो
2tbsp : Oil / तेल
1/2 tsp : Cumin seeds / जीरे
1/2 tsp : Mustard seeds /मोहरी
1/2 tsp : Turmeric powder / हळद पाउडर
1/2 tsp : Salt / मीठ
1 tsp : Ginger-Garlic paste / आल -लसुन पेस्ट
1 tsp : Red chili powder
2. : Dry red chilli 🌶 / लाल सुकी मिरची
1 cup : Water/ पाणी
Curry leaves / कड़ीपत्ता
Coriander Leaves / कोथिंबीर
