Village style fish curry is very popular in rural areas of India. Especially in Bihar and Bengal, this country-style fish curry is famous. The mustard masala prepared with Sil-Batta which a pair of Indian style grinding stones makes this dish amazingly delicious. In this video, I am trying to achieve the village-style flavor in the fish curry. Hope my lovely audience will like it.

Ingredients:
500 grams of Rohu fish, a big-sized onion, a medium-sized tomato, 12-15 garlic cloves along with 5-6 green chilies(paste), 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds, 2 teaspoons of black mustard seeds, 4-5 whole red chilies, 12-15 garlic cloves, a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a teaspoon of red chili powder, salt as per taste, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder(optional), Mustard oil for frying fish and preparing gravy, coriander leaves to garnish.
