Urad dal chutney is simple but it tastes so good for idly,dosa and even for white rice...in this video i prepared chutney using white urad dal...but you can also use black urad dal,which is more healthier than white...
INGREDIENTS
1,To fry
Oil-1 tsp
white urad dhal-3 tsp
red chilli(big)-3 nos
onion-1 tsp
tamarind-half lemon size
salt-1/2 tsp
2,Seasoning
oil-1 tsp
mustard -1/2 tsp
urad dal -1/2 tsp
red chilli(small)-2 nos
curry leaf-1/2 tsp
