Sister of Rosemary Ndlovu says she still loves 'killer cop'

TimesLIVE sat down with the sister of alleged serial killer and former police officer Nomia Rosemary Ndlovu. Joyce Ndlovu who was allegedly targeted by her sister in an attempt to benefit from a life insurance policy she had taken out on her life in 2018.
