Masala Kitchen ko Subscribe karna na bhoolein | Masala Kitchen | Recipes By Poonam Devnani आज मसाला किचन मे हम लाये है टेस्टी दाल की पूरी व आलू की सब्ज़ी|घर मे आलू की सब्ज़ी पूरी बनाने का आसान तरीका|पूरी और आलू की सब्ज़ी कैसे बनाये|मसाला किचन के आलू टमाटर की सब्ज़ी पूरी रेसिपी जरूर देखिये|आलू की सब्ज़ी दाल की पूरी बनाने की विधि|हलवाई जैसी पूड़ी सब्ज़ी की रेसिपी|दाल की पूड़ी, आलू की सब्ज़ी बनाने का आसान तरीका|सबसे आसान आलू पूड़ी/नाश्ता रेसिपी/बाजार जैसी आलू की सब्ज़ी|दाल की कचौरी/दाल की पूरी व आलू टमाटर की सब्ज़ी को शेयर करना न भूले| मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी #DalKiPoori #AlooKiSabji #PooriAlooSabziByMasalaKitchen Hume Facebook aur Instagram par Bhi follow keejiye👇🏻😊 Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/masalakitchenrecipe/ Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/masalakitchen_recipe/ Blogger - https://www.masalakitchen.info/ INGREDIENTS: For Dal Poori: * Moong Dal (मूंग दाल) - 1/2 Bowl/100 grams * Salt (नमक) - 1/4 Tsp * Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp * Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1.5 Cup * Carom seeds (अजवाइन) * Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी) * Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) * Fennel powder (सौंफ पाउडर) * Semolina (सूजी) - 2 tbsp * Water (पानी) - as Required For Sabji: * Oil (तेल) - 2 Tsp * Bay leaf ( तेज पत्ता) - 1-2 * Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp * Dry red chili (सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 2 * Asafoetida (हींग) - 2 Pinch * Onion (प्याज) - 1 * Ginger (अदरक) * Garlic (अदरक) * Water (पानी) - 1 tsp * Tomato puree (टमाटर का पेस्ट) - 3-4 * Salt (नमक) * Potato (आलू) - 4 * Green chili (हरी मिर्च) * Dried fenugreek leaves (हरी मिर्च) - 1-2 * Boiled water (पानी) For Masala: * Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - 8-10 * Clove (लौंग) - 4-5 * Cinnamon (दालचीनी) - 1 * Coriander seeds (सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 1/2 tsp * Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp * Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp * Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp * Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp * Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp RECIPE: For Aloo Sabji,take some Spices like Dried Whole Red Chili,Black Pepper,Cloves,Cinnamon Stick,Coriander Seeds,Cumin Seeds,Bay Leaf & crush them all coarsely.Then put some Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder,Kashmiri Red Chili Powder,Roasted Cumin Powder & Salt. In a Pressure Cooker,put some Oil,Bay Leaf,Cumin Seeds,Dried Whole Red Chili,Asafoetida,chopped Onion,Salt,grated Ginger & Garlic.Then put all the coarsely ground Spices.Roast the Spices by adding some Water.Put Tomato Paste & cook it properly.When it releases Oil,put chopped Potatoes and roast them for 5-7 mins by adding the Water.Then put some Green Chilies,Dried Fenugreek Leaves & Water then give it 2 whistles & then keep it on slow flame for 5-7 mins. Then turn off the flame & mash some Potatoes if required & garnish it with some Coriander Leaves. For Dal Poori,soak some Moong Dal for 3 hours & boil it by adding some Salt & Turmeric Powder on medium flame by covering it half.Don't overcook the Dal & in 6-7 mins Dal will get boiled.Drain out its Water & keep it for cooling down.Mash the boiled Dal,put Wheat Flour,Carom Seeds,Dried Fenugreek Leaves,Salt,Red Chili Powder,Fennel Powder and mix them all.Put some Semolina & some more Wheat Flour then bind the dough by adding Water.Cover the dough for 15-20 mins.Then make the dough balls,roll them & fry them in the heated Oil. In this way,Halwai Style Aloo Sabji & Poori will get ready.
