THE PERFECT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | Kristin's Kitchen

So happy to be posting our FIFTH episode of Kristin’s Kitchen! Today I want to introduce you to the ONLY chocolate chip cookie recipe you’ll ever need! Soft & gooey but perfectly crisp on the edges filled with tons of chopped chocolate and one other secret ingredient, hehe! I hope you enjoy! What I’m Wearing: Headband - http://bit.ly/2t7QN1c Shirt - (similar) http://bit.ly/38T0i3J Belt - http://bit.ly/2S0LsBm Jeans - http://bit.ly/38Q3n4i Inspo Recipes: http://sevenspoons.net/about-seven-spoons/ https://www.smalltownwoman.com/thick-chocolate-chunk-pecan-cookies/ https://cookiesandcups.com/perfect-chocolate-chunk-cookies/ Recipe I use: 1 cup unsalted butter 3 ¼ cup all-purpose flour 1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 ½ cups brown sugar ½ cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla paste 330g bittersweet chocolate + a few large chunk set aside 1 cup of chopped pecans - Preheat an oven to 365˚F - Chop your chocolate and set aside. - Melt your butter in a small saucepan. - Whisk together your dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. - Pour the melted butter into a large bowl and whisk in your sugars. Add eggs one at a time to your butter mixture - whisking after each addition until just combined. Stir in vanilla paste! - Add your dry ingredients to your wet mixture slowly. Once combined, add your chopped chocolate & pecans to the dough. - Cover the dough in parchment paper or plastic wrap and let it rest for 15-30 mins in the fridge. - Form dough into cookie balls using ice cream scoop & bake for 10-12 mins.
