Chia Seeds: 1 table spoon
Lemon: 1/2
Honey: 1 table spoon
Black Salt: 1 pinch
White Salt: 1 pinch
Mint Leaves: 5-6 leaves (muddle/crush)
Water: 1 glass
Method: Soak Chia seeds in water 10-15 min before. In a glass add 1 table spoon soaked chia seeds, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 table spoon honey, 1 pinch black salt, 1 pinch white salt, and 5-6 leaves (muddle/crush) mint leaves for refreshment.
