Mung bean sprouts are a culinary vegetable grown by sprouting mung beans. They can be grown by placing and watering the sprouted beans in the shade until the roots grow long. Mung bean sprouts are extensively cultivated and consumed in East Asia.

500 gms tofu
4 cloves garlic
1 med size red onion
1 med size carrot
250 gms fish balls
1 med size patola or silk squash
150 gms cabbage
200 gms string beans
30 gms cilantro
150 gms shrimp
4 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Olive oil
Corn oil
Crushed peppercorn
100 gms glass noodles
