Nutmeg Cold and Solar Drying System

This is a shipping container that we modified into a nutmeg drying house. This drying house has two stages of drying process, the cold drying system uses Air Conditioner at a temperature of 20-22oC for 5-6 days, and continued drying in the sun for 2-3 days. These nutmeg drying containers will be given to groups of nutmeg farmers and BUMKam, Cooperatives, KUPS, and collectors in order to speed up the supply of nutmeg seeds in accordance with market demand free from aflatoxins.
