Okay please tell me I'm not the only one who wants to eat all the raw cookie dough before I bake it. Well now you can, because this is edible cookie dough! And it tastes (cough cough) I mean looks just like regular cookie dough. ;) There is this amazing place to get edible cookie dough in New York but we can't go there because we all have to stay home, so today we're going to make it quarantine style.

Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:
All Purpose Flour(heat-treated) - 2 cups/240 grams
Sugar - 1/4 cup/50 grams
Brown Sugar - 3/4 cup/135 grams
Salted Butter, Softened - 1 cup/240 grams
Milk - 2 tbsp/30 milliliters
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp/5 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 tsp/3 grams
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - 1 cup/175 grams
Some Tips:
-Keep the cookie dough refrigerated.
-Let your flour cool after baking, before you combine all the ingredients
