Daniel, Melvin, Regina, and Vy freak out and try to open the hatch again, however, the 78x, orange crystal and Delorean don't work! They call up their scientist friend Joseph Banks who helped transform Vy's Tesla to the Delorean. When Banks answers the phone the Spy Ninjas realize he's been captured by hackers!
