Ripe Mango (or) Mampazha Pachadi is a very quick dish and can be prepared in 5 mins. Yet it is lip smacking dish when had with molagootal or any plain dishes like Dal. This can be had along with roti as well. This is one such dish which is part of Kerala Sadya. Ingredients: 1 Ripened mango - peel the skin and cut pieces 1/2 Cup grated coconuts, 2-3 green chillies, some curry leaves, 1 red chilli 1 tsp Jaggery, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, Salt, 1 tsp Mustard seeds, Coconut Oil
