Steps how to reset: MENU ➡ SAFETY ➡ Highlight  "TV RATING LOCKS" Press "Ch Up, Ch Up, Ch Down, Ch Up" The sreen will pop-up with "MASTER PIN CODE" Enter "0313" Password will reset to the default value "0000"
