Here is a great idea for dinner! we are going to make Pan Seared Cod with Fire Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, and Beurre Noisette! or Hazelnut Butter. It's a very easy and classic French sauce.
The flavours of both sauces go very well with any white fish, as white fish has less flavour than something like Salmon for example.

HOW To MAKE MASHED POTATOES FROM SCRATCH

Roasted red pepper sauce:
- 3 red bell peppers
- 4 TBS olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small onion or 2 shallots
- 50ml veg/chicken stock
- ½ TSP sugar, to taste (optional)
- Salt to taste
