Oats Dal Paratha Recipe | How to make healthy, easy and quick oats paratha | Indian breakfast

It doesn't matter whether your kids are fond of pluses and oats or not , this quick, no fuzz, Healthy and delicious oats dal paratha recipe will make them finish their breakfast in no time. Here is what you need to make these oats parathas:- ( serve 4) 1 cup cooked Dal/ pluses ( fresh or leftover) 1 cup quick oats flour ( prepared by grinding quick oats in mixer) 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 2 tsp crushed dried fenugreek Leaves / kasuri methi 1/2 tsp green chillies (optional) Salt to taste Oil to make parathas 1 cup cheese for filling (optional) 1. Take 1 cup quick oats and grind them to make oats flour 2. In a large bowl mix quick oat flour, whole wheat flour and 1 cup cooked dal with salt, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, kasuri methi than add some water if required and make a smooth dough. 3.Take a medium size ball from the dough. roll the dough ball into a small circle. Roll it using the roller pin 4. Grate 1 cup cheese and use it as a filling for the oats parathas ( optional use especially to make them more appetising for kids) 5. Now On a hot tava, cook the oats paratha with some olive/ vegetable oil or ghee. till they are crisp and brown from both side. 6. Make all oats dal parathas this way. serve the oats paratha hot with sabzi, yogurt or pickle.
