Now in a big bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, maida, butter and mix proper then add Prepared milk syrup and make a hard dough, do not knead, just combine to form a dough make sure when the dough is cut, it has a crumbly texture now flatten and roll out slightly thick with the help of rolling pin.now with the help of cookie cutter, cut into round shape or any shape you wish. place the biscuits on to a tray lined with butter paper. bake the biscuits in preheated oven or microwawe in oven mode at 160 degree celsius for 10 to 12 minutes or till the edges turn slightly golden. Leave the biscuit to cool completely. biscuits will be soft when hot, and turns crunchy when cooled. finally, our atta biscuit is ready to serve. Thanks for watching and cooking.
