Hi, it's Janet from ABG! In this video, I share one of my favorite home-cooked Chinese dishes. I grew up in a Chinese-American household and one of my favorite meals growing up was my mom’s Tomato and Egg Stir-Fry mixed with rice. I am not much of a cook (ahem: microwave: ahem), but am donning my metaphorical apron so that I can share this little piece of myself with you all. This is my FIRST TIME cooking this dish, and, plot twist, I opted to make this experiment more interesting by using vegan eggs (also a FIRST TIME).
