Injera ingredient
Day 1
7 cup teff
3 cup barley
1 cup corn flour
2 cup dough starter
add water as needed
knead dough for 15-18 mins
cover with 4 cup water
Day 3
change the old water with new water
Day 4
boil 6 cups of water
add 2-3 cups teff dough
mix well and cook until babbles come out
let the mixture cool completely
and blend it
Day 5
cook the injera
