Bhel Puri! Yummilicious and flavourful mix of kurmura, sev, seeng, chutneys, onion and coriander, this hot favourite dish among Foodies is something you gotta try when it's raining outside! Ingredients - Puffed rice - 1 Cup Cucumber - 2 Tablespoons Finely chopped Onion - 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Tomato - 2 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Chillies - 1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger - 1/2 Teaspoon Chopped Peanut - 2 Tablespoons Boiled Potato - 2 Tablespoons Cubed Green Chutney - 2 Tablespoons Tamarind Chutney - 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice - 2 Tablespoons Chat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon Salt - To Taste Nylon Sev - 3 Tablespoons Method - 1) Take a large bowl, add puffed rice, cucumber, tomatoes, onions and cubed potatoes in a large bowl, and mix them well. 2) Mix chopped green chillies, ginger, tamarind chutney, green chutney along with chat masala and lemon juice. 3) Add roasted peanuts & Nylon sev, and mix them well. 4) Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
