Best Peshawari Chapli Kabab Recipe by Quick Food Official - Eid ul Azha (Adha) Special Recipe

10-12 large size kababs can be made with this recipe.
Ingredients:
Meat Mince 2 lb
Use your choice of meat mince
(Mutton/chicken or whatever you like)
Get mix ground meat(mince)
“70% meat and 30% fats(charbi)”
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Finely chopped tomatoes 2
Finely chopped onion 1 large or 2 medium
Chopped fresh coriander 2-3 tbsp
Finely chopped green chillies 8-10
Maize flour 3/4 cup (Makai ka atta)
Eggs 3 (2 for scrambled eggs, 1 for mince)
Soft butter 1 tbs
Dried crushed pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
(Anardana kutta hoa)
Crushed roasted coriander and cumin seed 1.5 tbs (bhuna kutta dhania & Zeera)
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Spices:
Salt 2.5 tsp / to taste
Crushed red chilli 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coarsely ground Black pepper 1 tsp
All spices powder 1 tsp (garam masala)
Oil or ghee for frying as per required
Serve hot with raita, chutney, salad and naan/ paratha.
